- Please leave the scorers tables behind the backstops open and available for the college coaches. Also, we are not allowing tents behind the backstops at any of the fields so the college coaches will be able to have an unobstructed view. Thank you for your cooperation with this.

- EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER . NO EXCEPTIONS, EVEN FOR THE SHOWCASE! YOU MAY ALSO CONTACT CHRISTY IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR ROSTER.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME , EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. CASH & CHECK PAYMENTS ONLY!
