1. You must be sanctioned and have current insurance prior to your first game.

4) 12u and 14u will play a 4/1 format. HS will play a 3/1 format
5)We have some available balls for purchase at a first come first serve basis. You will receive a new bucket filled with nearly 3 dozen softballs for $75. If you are interested, please text Pat Affrunti at 727-409-9683.

Some teams will finish seeding on Sunday prior to their elimination games .

· ALL TEAMS MUST BE SANCTIONED FOR THE NEW SEASON (2027) TO PLAY THIS WEEKEND! IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT CHRISTY RANDOLPH AT (727) 348-7301. ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR INSURANCE IS CURRENT.
· EVERY TEAM IS REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE ROSTER . YOU MAY ALSO CONTACT CHRISTY IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR ROSTER.
· PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR TEAM CHECKS IN WITH THE SITE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME , EVEN IF YOU HAVE PRE-PAID. CASH & CHECK PAYMENTS ONLY!
· ANY PLAYERS NOT ON ONLINE ROSTER THAT ARE PLAYING WITH YOU THIS WEEKEND WILL NEED TO BE ON A GUEST PLAYER FORM (SEE BELOW BY SEEDING SCHEDULE).
